Two working weeks, overlapping Monday to Thursday
The UAE runs Monday to Friday; the other five states run Sunday to Thursday with a Friday and Saturday weekend. One working day therefore means the next day that is a working day for you: an enquiry arriving on a Friday from Dubai, or a Saturday from Riyadh, is answered on the following working day there. Prayer times and Ramadan hours are accommodated as a matter of course, not on request.
What we will ask you
Four things, and none of them require you to have done any preparation: the legal entity and where it is incorporated; the sector and who your customers are; the instrument or authority that prompted the enquiry; and whether anyone has already assessed you against it.
If the honest answer is that an accredited local firm must do the work, we will say so and point you at one. That conversation costs you nothing and takes about twenty minutes.
