Service · For organisations without a security team
The Cyber-Safe Emergency Desk watches the alerts, tells you if you are exposed, chases your suppliers until they answer, and gives you the proof. Built for businesses across the GCC that are growing faster than their security team.
In October 2026 two critical flaws in PHP — the language behind most of the web — leaked before a fix existed. Attacks began within hours. National cyber authorities across the region and worldwide told organisations to find every product and service that contained it.
Most growing businesses never knew whether they were affected. Not because they were careless, but because the exposure was hidden inside things they rent: their website host, their booking system, their accounts portal, their IT provider's tools. Nobody knew who to ask. Nobody wrote anything down. And when the investor, the regulator or the insurer asked, there was nothing to show.
Large organisations have teams for this. You have a business to build.
Six steps, every time a serious vulnerability is announced:
We map what you rely on — once, in a 90-minute conversation. No technical knowledge needed.
We watch the alerts — UAE Cybersecurity Council and aeCERT advisories, Saudi NCA alerts, Qatar NCSA notices, international exploited-vulnerability lists and vendor notices — and filter out the noise.
We tell you within four hours: not affected, affected through a supplier, or affected directly.
We chase your suppliers on your behalf until they confirm, and tell you if they go quiet.
We give you a plain-language list of anything you or your IT provider must do.
We hand you a dated evidence pack you can show your investors, your regulator, your insurer or your customers.
Work the plain-language list for anything you or your IT provider run yourselves — patch, restart, confirm — and tick it off.
Prices are indicative and exclude VAT. Each stage is paid before it begins.
Your technology and supplier map, alert monitoring, a verdict email for every serious vulnerability, and an annual monitoring statement.
Everything in Watch, plus we contact and chase your suppliers, verify the fix, and issue an evidence pack for every event.
Everything in Desk, plus hands-on coordination with your IT provider, a response call within four hours, and an annual walk-through of your plan.
Indicative prices, excluding VAT. Onboarding is a one-off fee equal to one month. Each stage is paid before it begins. IT providers: ask about the Partner plan.
The Emergency Desk coordinates, verifies and records. It does not replace your IT provider and is not legal advice. Evidence packs state what was verified and what was relied upon.
No. The Desk works from your technology map and your suppliers' answers, plus an external check of your public website. Nothing is installed on your systems.
We tell you or your IT provider exactly what to do and we verify it was done. We do not do the patching ourselves — keeping assessment separate from the fix is how we stay independent.
Few. Most months there are none that pass our threshold. When one does, you get one email with a clear verdict. Everything else goes into a short monthly digest.
After 72 hours we tell you, recommend what to do about it, and record it. Persistent non-response is useful information when you next review that supplier.
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the Saudi PDPL and the DIFC and ADGM regimes all expect you to protect personal data with appropriate measures and to notify breaches. The Desk's records show what you knew, when, and what you did about it. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice.
No, but insurers ask about exactly this at renewal. The evidence pack is written to answer them.
The Desk + Response plan includes a response call within four hours and coordination with your IT provider and insurer. On other plans we will point you to the right help immediately.
Enter your website address and we will tell you, in plain language, whether your host appears to have fixed PHP2Shell — and the one question to ask them if we cannot tell. Then decide whether you want someone watching the next one for you.
